I made a few decisions during December to stop doing a few things, some of which appeared on the to-do list for the last time. I also calculated how much time I had to work on my own material going forward, and how many different projects I could take on, the details of which can be found in the bit in the middle post at the end of last week.
I started work on three short stories during December, but they grew and grew and grew into something bigger than what I can turn around in a few days. I won’t be sending the fallen angel trilogy off just yet, but I will schedule them in properly in the new year. They’re ticked below because I did work on them and because I’m not being specific in what part of the process I’m actually working on.

It was a pretty decent December. I’m taking a few months to gather information on productivity and time, to see what I have to adjust for the rest of the year.
I’m hoping I already did my adjusting and testing, etc, and that I finally found a plan that works.
